It gives the ability to create a totally unique system. I feel its one of the most important pieces of software for Linux with regard to appearance. it gives window glow, the ability to change buttons, borders and sooo much more. Its unfortunate that Emerald has been removed, their is no theme manager like it.
I know there have been major changes with Gnome, but I have faith that the endlessly hard working freedom fighters behind Ultimate Edition will find a way to make it all work out. Unfortunately I find 3.2 and 3.4 lack in some of the key things that make Ultimate Edition Unique. I've tried just about every reasonable one I could find, must be 20 at least. In my opinion no other distro comes close, and I have a stack of disks here about 4” high. I am a die hard Ultimate Edition enthusiast. I'm a huge fan of making my computer look awesome! One of the single defining aspects of Ultimate Edition.

Is it possible to install Emerald Theme Manager in Ultimate Edition 3.4? If so, How? I am terribly disappointed that it is not included. Is Ultamatix coming back at some point? I noticed on another post it might be resurrected, but no further updates were given.Ĥ. How do I install more GTK themes, and the Ultimate Edition theme packs? I Tried to download, but I get dependency errorsģ. and/or 3.4 and if their is no repo specifically for UE3.2/U.E.3.4 than what repos are used? I tried the usual format posted on the site, but no luck, nor are their any repos for Ultimate Edition in the sources fileĢ. What is the repo for Ultimate Edition 3.2. I have a few questions I was hoping someone could help me with.ġ.
